Returns / Exchanges

Ylati Footwear can only accept returns/exchange from purchases made on If a product was purchased at another retailer, it must be returned/exchanged where it was purchased.

Please write your Order on the outside of your return/exchange package.

The customer is in agreement that they are responsible for all original outgoing shipping costs and all shipping costs on items that are returned/exchanged.

Please box up your return/exchange in its original packaging and ship with the courier of your choice. Lost shipments are not the responsibility of Ylati Footwear.

Custom and duty fees are non-refundable. Please make sure to ensure your package and use a carrier that provides a tracking number.

Item(s) must be returned/exchanged within 15 days of the order date.

Item(s) must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition received.

Item(s) must have all tags, including original packaging materials.

You can return/exchange any unworn, unused item(s), purchased from within 15 days from the order date. The order date is the date you received an order confirmation email from us.

We cannot accept returns/exchanges made after 15 days.

We cannot accept returns/exchanges for used, dirty or damaged shoes and shoes returned under these conditions will not be processed. We reserve the right to deny returns if the item(s) does not meet our policy requirements.

Discounted products can not be changed.

On discounted products shipment costs of the returns are charged to the customer. 

Refunds & Processing

Your returned item will be thoroughly reviewed and if approved, will be processed within 7 business days after the item is received at our warehouse. Credit will be posted 1-5 days after the date of processing. You will be notified via email.
