Your returned item will be thoroughly reviewed and if approved we aim to process the refund within 7 business days after the item is received.

When returning goods please ensure that you notify us first by email with the reason of the return, the purchase order number and we will send you the #RA number. Visit our Return section for more info.

When an order is returned and meets the requirements, the customer can choose the following options:

  • refund
  • voucher discount of the full amount

Vouchers can be used to place a new order for a different size, color or a completely different product.

The refund will always be credited to the payment account which was used for the payment, using the same payment method.

Please note that we can not offer any refunds on discounted products and/or products on sale.
