Return and Exchange Policy

Before returning any goods, please email us at support@ylatifootwear.com and provide your reason for return along with the purchase order number. We aim to respond within 24-48 hours. Remember, we can't accept returns or exchanges without prior notification via email.

You have a 14-day window from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. All returned items undergo thorough inspection. To qualify for a refund, ensure that the items are unused and in their original condition, including all labels and packaging.

If you want to exchange your item for a different style, size, or color, please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired one. However, due to our products' limited production, we can't guarantee exchanges for different sizes. Make sure to return the item within the 14-day return window.

Important Notes

  • When trying on your sneakers for the first time, take care not to damage them.
  • Use a soft and clean surface like a carpet or a rug to avoid marking the outsoles.
  • We can't refund sneakers that show signs of wear, creasing, or dirt, or if any of the original packaging is missing.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs aren't covered by Ylati Footwear, but they will be the responsibility of the customer. We believe including the cost of "free returns" in our retail prices would unfairly disadvantage customers who decide to keep their purchase.

You can return your item through your preferred courier or parcel service point, please make sure to save your trucking no.

For returns outside European Member Countries, international sales tax, customs duties, and outbound shipping costs will be customer's responsibility and will be non-refundable.
