Can I change or cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before the order has been shipped. You can change your order only before they are processed, please, in this case, email us at support@ylatifootwear.com

 

Can I change my shipping address?

You can easily change your shipping address before the shoes have been shipped, just send us an email at support@ylatifootwear.com

 

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, through our checkout process it is possible to place an order as a guest but creating an account will make checking out faster and easier

 

Will an item be restocked?

Most of the items won't be restocked

 

How will I know that my order has been placed successfully?

After placing your order you will receive immediately an email from us with your order confirmation

 

FIT

How do your shoes fit?

Our shoes have the typical Italian comfy fit, we recommend taking one size down than your regular sneakers (Nike or Adidas) for more info click here

 

PAYMENTS

What are the accepted forms of payment?

We use Shopify Payments and we accept credit cards, Apple pay, Google pay, Amazon pay and Paypal.

 

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Our SHOPIFY checkout process is PCI compliant, so it is safe to input your personal information and use your credit card. We regularly test our site to be sure that your information stays safe.

 

When will my order be charged?

We charge the order in about 5-10 minutes after you place an order

Are your insoles removable?

Yes, they are. You can choose if you prefer to use our insoles or replace them with your own insoles.

 

What products should I use to clean my shoes?

Are your shoes waterproof?

Our shoes are water-resistant but not waterproof,  so we suggest drying them off to avoid damage. For major security, you can use a waterproofing spray on your shoes.

Where are your materials from?

Most of our materials are made in Italy

 

Where are your shoes made?

All stages of our production process, from choosing materials, manufacturing and boxing are done in Naples, Italy

 

What kind of leather is used?

We always choose premium Italian materials for our shoes, mainly constructed in calf leather sourced in Italy.

When will my package ship?

Shipping your package will take about 48 hours if you placed an order on weekdays, for the order placed on the weekend we will ship them the next business day.
